Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1/2 C Frank’s Red Hot
1 C nonfat greek yogurt
1/2 C small curd cottage cheese
1 C cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly.
3. Pour dip batter into a glass 8×8 pan (top with extra cheese if you want) and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
4. Serve with chips, crackers or veggies!
*You can also put the dip batter into a crockpot after you mix all ingredients together to warm it up and serve that way! (I do this because it’s easier and stays warm!)
